Things to know!
- I bring my own equipment and supplies when I come to your home. All the cleaning products I use are non-toxic and applied conservatively. Let me know if there’s something special you prefer!
- To get the most out of your cleaning, make sure the counters, sinks, surfaces, floors and furniture are free of clutter.
- I do not work in areas where there are heavy pet odors or messes.
- For private spaces, like bedrooms and offices, a closed door lets me know it’s off-limits :)
Communication and Scheduling

- You can expect a reminder text from me a day or two before your scheduled cleaning.
- If you need to reschedule a regular cleaning, please provide as much notice as possible to ensure a same-week spot. I will do my very best to fit you in so we can stay on schedule!
- House guests? Vacation? No problem! Just let me know in advance and we can schedule around your plans!
Rates and Payments
Regular cleaning is $60/hr
Deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning starts at $65/hr and applies only to continuing clients.
- Please make payment within 24 hours of services rendered.
- In the event of a same day cancellation or a cancellation without a reschedule, please make the regular scheduled payment at 50% within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning.
- Cash/checks are preferred, payable to Diva Clean LLC. For Venmo, please add $5 each payment to cover fees :) Thank you! @divacleanllc
